Tips for student career planning

All counseling and guidance activities organized by SEZIS training departments are aimed at student development and career planning. Students actively participate in meetings, training, and public activities to receive answers to many career planning questions, such as self-evaluation, who we aspire to be in the future, social responsibility, when to get work experience, etc.

To support student employment

In order to support student employment in accordance with their increasing economic and social needs, such as meeting their daily demands, preparing for work, carving their own position in society, maturing, and practicing in the workplace, UFE conducts the following activities:

  • Providing professional assistance to students in their career planning
  • Accepting requests from students for help with finding employment and internship
  • Connecting students and graduates to jobs by supporting human resource formation activities in cooperation with employer organizations
  • Organizing workshops to prepare students for the labor market
  • Assisting in job placements for graduates by researching employment opportunities
  • Offering employment services to registered students and graduates

News, information, and job announcements related to these issues will be delivered through the Infosys student system at http://infosys.ufe.edu.mn. Students and graduates can also receive advice in-person in Building C, Room 303.

Activities aimed at connecting students to employment opportunities

Employment opportunities for students are advertised in the student body Facebook group, http://infosys.ufe.edu.mn, campus, and student union. If necessary, students can sign a collective agreement. Course announcements also reach students through this way.

On average, 800 students who are actively looking for work are registered annually. Since 2009, a job fair has been organized at the UFE in cooperation with the Business Unit Organization every spring and fall semester. It includes all job-seeking students and provides information about opportunities for full-time, part-time, and contract jobs.
